Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers of Copart
Accurately input, barcode, scan, and file documents related to vehicle titling
Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support
Answer and place calls in a professional manner
Focus on call resolution & use company resources to gather information and offer solutions to meet customer needs
Other duties as assigned

Required

One year of office support experience in a customer service role preferred

Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Bilingual skills a plus
