Retirement Plan Sales Representative
Crawford Thomas Recruiting is an investment advisory firm specializing in retirement plan solutions. They are seeking a driven and experienced 401(k) Wholesaler to expand market share, strengthen advisor relationships, and drive new plan acquisition throughout the Tri-State Area.
Responsibilities
Cultivate relationships with plan sponsors, retirement advisors, record keepers, and distribution partners
Promote bundled retirement plan services to third-party administrators (TPAs)
Develop and manage a sales pipeline focused on new plan acquisition and rollover assets
Collaborate with internal teams across operations, marketing, and compliance
Lead in-person annual education meetings across the territory
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
5+ years in retirement plan sales — 401(k) wholesaler experience
Must have experience selling to end user
Series 65 (or willingness to obtain promptly)
Deep understanding of ERISA, fiduciary compliance, and plan design
Exceptional presentation, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
Willingness to travel throughout the assigned region
