They are seeking a full-time Accounts Payable Clerk to manage vendor records, oversee payment processing, and support month-end accounting activities. The ideal candidate will have strong accounts payable knowledge and excellent communication skills to drive efficiency and compliance.

Responsibilities
Process vendor invoices, ensuring accurate coding, approvals, and timely payment
Monitor and reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
Assist with weekly and monthly AP reporting, accruals, and reconciliations
Maintain accurate and organized AP records in accordance with company policy
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting/ERP software (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, QuickBooks)
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy
Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with employees at all levels
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, occasionally high-pressure environment
Capacity to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment when handling sensitive information
Prolonged periods of sitting or standing at a desk and working on a computer
Manual dexterity required for data entry, filing, and preparing documentation
Effective communication skills for phone, email, and in-person interactions across all levels of the organization
Ability to move throughout the office to access files, office equipment, and meet with staff as needed
Occasional lifting of office materials up to 15 pounds
Ability to attend on-site meetings at Teal's Salt Lake City facility, with the flexibility to work remotely as needed
