Supply Chain Systems Specialist

Responsibilities
Maintain advanced knowledge of supply chain system to ensure operations and optimal data flow regionally
Leads minor system enhancements and regional rollouts
Support cross-functional projects and system upgrades to ensure solutions delivers business value
Troubleshoot and resolve intermediate-level system issues in collaboration with IT, business users and SMEs
Lead system testing and data validation for system updates and enhancements
Lead defect tracking and resolution for system implementation and enhancements
Maintain process documentation, training materials and conduct Train-the-Trainer sessions for end-users
Engage with regional teams to ensure smooth implementation of new system functionalities
Provide governance of system configuration and process changes to ensure standards
Assist in M&A system integration and system expansion projects
Support regional implementation of standardized processes
Support plant Integrated Business Planning objectives as required
Availability to work in plants is required
Monitor and analyze system usage metrics to identify process improvement opportunities
Other tasks as outlined by management
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree (Supply Chain, IT preferred)
Minimum 3 years of experience enabling Advanced Supply Chain Systems (APS, WMS, etc) or ERP (SAP ECC/S4) or similar
Strong knowledge of supply chain workflows, data flows, and system configurations
Experience leading training sessions and supporting system rollouts
Analytical skills for process troubleshooting and data analysis
Capable to comprehend, analyze, and solve complex process problems
Ability to work cross-functionally with IT, business users, and SMEs
Demonstrated decision making, influencing, negotiation, and conflict management
Problem solving skills and ability to drive results through others
