Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to program staff, ensuring efficient daily operations
Handle sensitive and classified information with discretion
Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, schedules, and documentation
Support program leadership in coordinating meetings, travel, and logistics
Draft, review, and edit official correspondence, reports, and presentations
Operate with latitude in developing processes, solutions, and recommendations to administrative challenges
Contribute to deliverables and performance metrics as required
Coordinate office supply requests and perform light logistical duties, including occasional lifting and inter-office deliveries
Serve as a liaison with Sponsor personnel, external partners, and other stakeholders, demonstrating professionalism and diplomacy
Qualification
Required
Active Top Secret/SCI clearance with Polygraph
U.S. Citizenship required
High school diploma and 3–10 years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Preferred
Experience supporting executive-level staff or government leadership
Familiarity with classified environments and handling sensitive information
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to anticipate needs and proactively resolve issues
