Responsibilities

Develop and own the BI strategy and roadmap aligned with organizational goals

Foster a culture of teamwork, partnership, and shared accountability

Lead and coordinate BI teams to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery

Define and manage KPIs, business metrics, and analytical models to support decision-making

Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate reporting needs into technical specifications

Deliver actionable dashboards and reports using Power BI and other BI tools

Drive project teams toward aggressive but achievable timelines

Maintain project documentation, plans, and regular updates to stakeholders

Lead project meetings, keeping discussions focused and outcomes actionable

Help lead a team to design, implement, and maintain scalable data architecture

Understand and help create efficient data movement and management processes

Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across systems and on a standardized basis

Required

5-10+ years of full-time experience in Business Analytics, Data Engineering, or a related field including data movement processes and data architecture management

Proficiency in BI tools such as Power BI

Experience in data architecture, data governance, and security best practices

Excellent planning, documentation, and communication skills

Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities

Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and bridge technical and business needs

Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Willingness to travel domestically up to 15%
