The Solution Consulting Manager will lead the delivery of Professional Services projects, focusing on client onboarding and implementation of data products while managing custom implementations end-to-end.

Responsibilities

Lead full-cycle client implementations and manage multiple projects at once
Work directly with client data, validating SQL models and database structures
Turn messy marketing data into scalable, analytics-ready datasets
Run client meetings, set expectations, and drive delivery at a high standard
Own project plans, scope, timelines, and communication
Partner with Engineering, Product, Sales, and Support to ensure smooth execution

Required

Experience with marketing data or BI tools
Solid understanding of data modeling, relational databases, and analytical schema design
3+ years in client-facing technical roles (Project Lead, Sales Engineer, TAM, etc.)
Able to run complex projects independently and keep multiple priorities under control
Comfortable leading conversations with clients at all levels
Strong SQL skills — confident with querying, validating, and troubleshooting data
Technically hands-on — not just coordination, but willingness to deep-dive to data work and understand the full picture

Preferred

Interest in AI tools and automating workflows
Comfortable jumping in and solving customer issues directly when needed
