Responsibilities

Assist with federal, state, and international income tax compliance, including data collection, tax adjustment computation, estimated payment calculations, state apportionment analysis, return review, and additional essential support

Manage responsibilities related to indirect tax compliance, including data collection, responding to notices, return preparation/review, and other required assistance

Support identified ad hoc projects such as R&D tax credit studies, transfer pricing reviews and other emerging projects

Support the conclusion of all income and indirect global tax audits by reviewing audit notices and timely responding to document requests

Assist with the quarterly and annual income tax provisions under ASC 740, including data collection, workpaper roll-forward, SOX control assistance, tax memo updates, and other necessary support, for the accurate preparation of the company’s SEC disclosures and financial statement footnotes

Collaborate on implementing standard methodologies and integrate acquired knowledge to encourage continuous improvement in processes, tools, communication, and training
