Responsibilities

Assist with developing the merchandise framework and editing the line to meet strategic business needs
Create and maintain seasonal assortments, ensuring product information is accurate and up to date
Conduct competitive market research to understand trends, product offerings, and pricing
Partner with Merchant on in-season management, learning how the team assesses trends and adjusts to customer demand

Required

Currently pursuing a degree in Fashion Merchandising or a related field
Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Demonstrates curiosity, initiative, and a desire to learn about Product Development
Ability to work collaboratively with a team while managing independent tasks effectively
Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
