This role assists experienced technicians in replacing and installing home heating and cooling units, offering hands-on technical training and a clear path for career growth in the HVAC trade.

Responsibilities

Assist lead installers with replacing, installing, and setting up residential HVAC systems
Safely lift and maneuver equipment weighing hundreds of pounds using proper tools and team lifting methods
Operate and maintain standard hand tools (e.g., tape measure, basic wrench set, screwdriver set, pliers, utility knife)
Perform work in attics, crawlspaces, high ladders, and typical residential environments
Follow instructions from lead technicians and learn installation processes efficiently
Maintain a clean, safe job site and represent the company with professionalism
Transport tools and materials safely to and from job sites
Support daily installation goals and contribute to team productivity
