Responsibilities

Drive the execution and technical strategy of the team, as a manager and tech lead

Collaborate internally with core engineering, design, graphics, and networking teams

Communicate your team’s vision and progress, internally and externally

Support your engineers as they advance in their career goals

Qualification

Required

Experience developing and managing a high-performance software engineering team

A working knowledge of the internals of a high-end game engine, such as graphics, netcode, animation, script interpreters, and compilers

Experience as a software engineer and a working familiarity with C# and C++

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Preferred

Experience leading teams using Agile methodologies

Experience leading distributed teams

Experience interacting with industry partners outside your organization

Experience with game or content creation software
