They are seeking a Senior Designer to collaborate closely with the Art Director and cross-functional teams to create compelling design solutions that align with the brand’s vision and objectives.

Responsibilities
Collaborate seamlessly with the design, channel, and project management teams on various creative projects, ensuring the deliver of exceptional, high-quality work
Work closely with the Art Director to develop and maintain a consistent and compelling brand identity, ensuring that all design materials align with brand guidelines
Provide input on the design process for various projects, from concept to execution, ensuring that they are delivered on time and meet quality standards
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop creative strategies that effectively communicate our brand message and drive engagement
Be actively involved in the design process, creating visual assets and graphics for various marketing materials, including digital and print collateral, social media, packaging, and more
Continuously review design work to ensure it meets brand standards, is error-free, and effectively conveys the intended message
Stay updated on industry trends, emerging design technologies, and competitive landscape to incorporate fresh and innovative ideas into our designs
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in graphic design, fine arts, or equivalent experience
Expert knowledge in relevant software (Figma, Adobe's Creative Suite – Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, Figma/or Sketch, After Effects /other video editing software)
Portfolio demonstrating a strong understanding of design principles, visual design, layout, typography, and UI/UX
Up-to-date experience with web protocols, standards, and technologies. (Understanding of HTML/CSS is a plus)
Proficiency in Figma is a must
Possesses excellent organizational skills, demonstrating a track record of effective prioritization
Takes pride in their work, displaying meticulous attention to detail in both creative production and project management
Exhibits problem-solving abilities and a self-driven approach to mastering new technologies
Works seamlessly as a team player, excelling in both collaborative and independent work environments
Communicates effectively, maintains flexibility, and thrives in high-pressure situations with tight deadlines
