Operations Director (North America)

Pergolux is a rapidly scaling e-commerce company building best-in-class fulfillment and logistics capability across North America. They are seeking an Operations Director to lead the development and optimization of warehousing, logistics, procurement, and forecasting functions, owning end-to-end supply chain operations and scaling processes for rapid growth.

Responsibilities

Oversee warehousing, fulfillment, and last-mile logistics across facilities
Build, onboard, and lead the logistics team for our California warehouse
Standardize operational processes between Connecticut and California sites, ensuring alignment on inventory, fulfillment, and reporting standards
Manage procurement strategy, vendor relationships, and contract negotiations, including international supply chain partners
Own demand forecasting and align forecasts with sales targets
Lead inventory planning, replenishment strategies, and supply chain operations
Drive continuous improvement across logistics and supply chain workflows
Collaborate with sales, finance, and product teams to ensure seamless execution and alignment

Required

Proven experience in warehouse & logistics operations management
Strong background in supply chain and procurement
Skilled in forecasting and inventory planning
Proficiency with supply chain technologies (ERP, WMS)
Strong data analysis and forecasting capabilities
Budgeting and cost control management
Confident leader and team builder
Excellent problem‑solver under pressure
Clear, proactive communication style
Excellent communication skills in English (C1 level or above), both written and verbal

Preferred

Experience scaling operations in a high‑growth e‑commerce environment
ERP or WMS implementation experience
Track record negotiating with vendors across international supply networks
