Webflow Designer & Developer
Bernard Nickels & Associates is seeking a highly skilled Webflow Designer & Developer to join their Brand and Corporate Marketing team. This senior-level role focuses on designing and building impactful web experiences that enhance marketing programs, requiring collaboration with creative and marketing partners.
Responsibilities
Rapidly build new web components and elements to support A/B testing and experimentation
Develop responsive, interactive web pages using Webflow and GSAP JavaScript animations
Customize Webflow CMS collections, interactions, and animations
Implement pixel-perfect, responsive designs from Figma files or design briefs
Translate Figma designs into polished, elevated web experiences
Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to iterate on designs and functionality
Maintain clean site architecture and class taxonomy without conflicts
Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing technical support
Ensure all site experiences are on-brand, accessible, and performant
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in Webflow development with a strong portfolio showcasing animations and interactions (portfolio required)
Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, Webflow CMS, and GSAP
Expert-level experience with modern JavaScript (ES6+) and jQuery
Solid understanding of UI/UX design principles and experience working with Figma
Experience with Webflow CMS mapping, interactions, and custom code embedding
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with remote teams
Technical SEO knowledge
Exceptional attention to detail
Preferred
Experience working on global B2B SaaS websites
Experience integrating Webflow sites with external APIs
Familiarity with Asana, Zapier, Slack, and other productivity tools
Experience with GA4, GTM, and pixel tracking
