They are seeking a Teen Intern to support media production and after-school programming, providing opportunities for skill development in writing, video, and podcast production while fostering a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities
Collaborate with adult staff and teenage participants to help plan and execute multimedia content creation activities for teens
Assist in coordinating and promoting production calendars
Assist in training and supporting teens in their multimedia making
Maintain regular communication with program participants to provide support and inspiration for writing, video, and/or audio storytelling assignments
Support individual content creators 1:1 with planning, producing, or editing their content
Foster a supportive and inclusive atmosphere that encourages creative expression, aligning with VOX ATL’s ethos and enabling participants to amplify their voices
Aid in the continuous assessment of the program's effectiveness, ensuring alignment with its objectives and overall support for the organization's initiatives
Enhance your multimedia production skills, regularly leading, producing, and sharing content (a minimum of one per month)
Coordinate with other VOX ATL teen interns to strategize and execute the end-of-semester showcase
Qualification
Required
Applicants must be active participants in VOX ATL programming
Applicants must have previously published at least two pieces of content with VOX ATL
Applicants must be willing to support positive youth development and principles of power-sharing
