Responsibilities
Administer and maintain cloud-based platforms (Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, SaaS apps)
Monitor system health, manage backups, and enforce security compliance
Provide remote technical support across hardware, software, and connectivity issues
Oversee user provisioning, permissions, and device management
Assist in IT policy development, rollouts, and enforcement
Troubleshoot issues across cloud environments, endpoints, and access systems
Maintain detailed IT documentation, inventories, and user guides
Partner with recruiting, marketing, and onboarding teams to ensure IT readiness
Qualification
Required
Active-duty U.S. service members within 180 days of separation, with command approval to participate in SkillBridge
Strong troubleshooting and analytical thinking
Experience managing Windows and/or Mac environments
Familiarity with cloud tools (M365, Google Workspace, Zoom, Slack, etc.)
Understanding of cybersecurity best practices and data protection
Ability to communicate clearly and support end users with varying levels of technical experience
Previous military roles in communications, IT, cyber, or tech support are highly applicable
