The Software Training Intern will work with Software Trainers to develop and deliver training sessions, maintain documentation, and support client training initiatives.

Responsibilities
Work alongside Software Trainers to design, develop, and produce training sessions based on client needs and internal staff requests
Gain a basic working knowledge of Leepfrog software and how it can be configured, customized, and implemented to meet client requirements
Assist with writing and updating documentation needed for reference on Leepfrog products. This includes maintenance of knowledge-based content on the Leepfrog User Community website
Partake in client training and instructional design initiatives within the Software Training team
Act as a liaison between internal staff and the Training Team by appropriately directing questions. Ensure follow-up after answers have been determined
Participate in Training and Client Success activities and/or special projects
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing or just completed a degree in Technical Writing, Education, Writing and Composition, Communications, Instructional Design, Business Administration or a related field
Possess expertise with Windows OS, Microsoft Word & Excel, Firefox, and other computer applications
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and collaborate as part of a team
Customer service skills are required
Successful candidates will possess outstanding customer relationship skills with the ability to build relationships
Effective collaboration, with an ability to communicate across disciplines and pull inspiration and solutions from all departments within the organization
Able to clearly convey ideas efficiently across a wide range of audiences
Possess good public speaking and presentation skills
Excellent written communication skills are essential. Written communication must be clear, concise, and professional
Ability to adapt and work in a rapidly changing environment, with the ability to manage multiple tasks
Candidates are encouraged to think outside the box to support an effective and pleasant training experience for each learner
Strong organizational skills are required. Possess the ability to think ahead, prioritize, and plan
Strong work ethic: a self-starter with strong initiative; reliable
