Responsibilities

Manage and oversee all phases to deliver land development project on time and on budget in a manner that exceeds our clients’ expectations
Coordinate with clients, team members, and external stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met
Ability to develop and foster authentic, long-lasting relationships with clients and further develop business opportunities
Prepare and review engineering plans, reports, and documents including proposals, scopes of work, and budgets
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
Provide leadership and mentorship to junior engineers and technical staff

Required

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent work experience
PE license
10+ years of engineering experience
3+ years of experience managing a team of direct reports and managing projects
Ability to manage projects independently

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Preferred

Clear, confident communication skills
Team leadership or mentoring experience
Passion for sustainability and environmental impact
Familiarity with Northwest regulations and permitting processes
