The intern will support the HR team by coordinating the internship program, assisting with HR inquiries, and participating in projects that enhance employee experience.

Responsibilities

Assist with the coordination, scheduling, and maintenance of the internship program calendar and events

Assist with day-to-day HR inquiries and provide exceptional internal customer service

Provide general administrative support to HR team members across various projects and initiatives

Help maintain employee files and ensure information is accurately organized and documented

Participate in HR-related research and process improvement projects

Required

Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

Ability to work collaboratively with a team while managing independent tasks effectively

Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
