Responsibilities
Train and develop field electricians
Work with dispatch to assign the right technician to each job
Provide coaching and hold your team accountable to performance standards
Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical issues accurately and efficiently
Perform repairs exceeding National Electrical Code (NEC) standards
Educate customers on upgrades and additional services
Maintain communication with dispatch, management, parts, and installation teams
Ensure a professional appearance and deliver 5-star customer service
Qualification
Required
Experience as an electrician and leading a service department
A passion for training, coaching, and developing electrical careers
Ability to inspire high performance and customer satisfaction
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word); experience with ServiceTitan is a plus
Honesty, integrity, and a strong work ethic
Valid Driver's License (required)
