Responsibilities
📊 Analyze month-over-month Profit and Loss trends and make necessary accruals and reclasses
✅ Ensure business records, transactions, and procedures are accurate through thorough verification and analysis
⚙️ Identify and create efficiencies in the month-end close cycle to streamline processes
📋 Assist with internal/external audits by preparing backup documentation for PBC schedules as required
📝 Create forms and manuals for accounting and bookkeeping personnel to enhance operational efficiency
💻 Download/update/post daily bank activity and distribute reports throughout the organization
💵 Prepare client and insurance refunds to ensure timely processing
📅 Prepare daily cash summary to keep track of financial health
📚 Prepare routine closing journal entries to maintain accurate financial records
🔄 Maintain monthly reconciliations of assigned balance sheet accounts for accuracy
🏗️ Assist in identifying and creating a system of controls, procedures, and forms for the recording of fixed assets
🔍 Examine accounting records, including financial statements and other reports, to assess accuracy, completeness, and adherence to standards
🔄 Perform other duties as assigned to support the finance team
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required
Intermediate MS Excel experience required
Preferred
Emphasis in finance or accounting preferred
One Year Of Experience Preferred
Experience With Microsoft D365 And SAP Concur Preferred
