Responsibilities
Support in the planning and coordination of internal events (celebrations, activities, workshops, social gatherings, etc.)
Research and propose organic activities that strengthen teamwork and cross-department collaboration
Identify and coordinate in-person experiences in Monterrey, such as local venues, cultural spaces, or volunteering opportunities
Assist in communication campaigns related to culture, engagement, and internal branding
Help track participation metrics and gather feedback to improve future initiatives
Collaborate with the Human Capital team in projects related to Organizational Development, employee well-being, and recognition programs
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Communication, or related field
Intermediate to advanced English level (B2+ or higher)
Interest in learning about Organizational Development and Employee Experience
Creativity, attention to detail, and excellent teamwork skills
Proactivity and willingness to contribute with fresh ideas
