Responsibilities
Manage the central telephone system efficiently
Act as the primary point of contact and a helpful resource for families
Demonstrate warmth, attentiveness, and responsiveness to both students and their families
Cultivate and maintain professional relationships with parents
Handle mail processing promptly and accurately
Maintain meticulous office organization
Coordinate with vendors as needed
Assist in the procurement and stocking of office supplies
May provide classroom support, if necessary
Other duties, as assigned
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or GED
2-3 years of experience in an administrative/ similar role
Ability to use standard office equipment, such as a computer and/or smartphone
Preferred
Early Childhood classroom experience preferred
