Branch and Loan Support Training Specialist

United Community is seeking a Branch and Loan Support Training Specialist to lead the creation, delivery, and evaluation of training programs for their teams. This role involves developing onboarding programs, ongoing training initiatives, and maintaining policies and procedures while collaborating with team leaders to identify skill gaps.

Banking

Responsibilities

Own and manage all training programs for Branch Support Desk and Loan Support Desk, including new hire and ongoing development
Partner with team leaders and managers to assess training needs and bridge skill gaps
Create and deliver engaging training content through multiple channels
Maintain and update policies, procedures, and training guides
Track training effectiveness and recommend improvements
Coordinate training events, calendars, and logistics for on-site and off-site sessions
Support conversion and acquisition training as needed

Required

Minimum 3 years' experience in financial services and/or training
Willingness to travel up to 30% and work flexible hours, including evenings/weekends
Strong knowledge of bank products, services, and policies
Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Must be able to pass a background & credit check
This is a full-time position that requires schedule flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed

Preferred

2+ years in Branch Support Desk or Loan Support Desk
