Responsibilities
Extracts data from a variety of sources for use in analysis and models
Completes ad-hoc reporting and data analysis
Analyze and generate actionable insights from structured and unstructured data
Effectively manage active projects to help ensure that all engagements are delivered at or above stakeholder expectations
Collaborate with internal teams to review feedback and insights, recommend changes for implementation, and action on those that deliver a positive, consistent and seamless customer experience
Design and set up analytical reports to address business objects
Schedule and maintain trending reports and alerts to key business partners that are ultimately responsible for addressing business initiatives
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree
2+ years' experience in analytical role (analysis, information science, data visualization or other relevant quantitative field)
Experience in developing and fostering relationships with leaders across all levels
Expertise with quantitative analysis tools and querying relational databases (SQL, SAS, R)
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Initiative, self-motivation and a strong sense of urgency skills
Ability to prepare executive level presentations
Up to 10% travel
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship
Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification
Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position
Preferred
Master's degree
Experience with Tableau, Spotfire, Power BI or other visualization tools
