Program Manager
Cherokee Federal is a division of tribally owned federal contracting companies focused on serving the government’s mission. They are seeking a Program Manager to support INSCOM, responsible for overseeing contract deliverables, managing project operations, and providing expert recommendations to optimize contractor utilization.

Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for all contractor personnel on the G3X program
Oversee the quality, accuracy, and timeliness of all contract deliverables and work products
Facilitate onboarding and offboarding of contractor employes in compliance with G3x security and contract protocols
Provide expert recommendations to the Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR) to optimize contractor utilization and improve internal acquisition processes
Manages project operations to ensure production schedules are met, system resources are utilized effectively, and that proper relationships are established between customers
Responsible for cost, schedule, performance and risk identification / mitigation on projects including but not limited to systems, tools, equipment, software, facilities and other activities
Coordinates resolutions to production-related problems
Performs other job-related duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Current TS/SCI security clearance
Master's degree in business, intelligence, or Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM)
PMP or CPM certification
Intermediate Level Education (ILE), Senior Non-Commissioned Officer Academy (NCO), or other U.S. Government (USG) or IC equivalent
Graduate of a Military Intelligence Military Occupational Specialty (MOS) / Area of Concentration (AOC) producing course or Intelligence Community (IC) equivalent
Fifteen (15) full-time years in management or leadership position
Ten (10) full-time years in a Strategic Military Intelligence or IC role supporting CI, HUMINT, IdM, or other sensitive/specialized intelligence activities
Five (5) full-time years of G-staff/action officer experience supporting an intelligence organization, to include maintaining accountability of staffing actions, organizing senior-level meetings and briefings, coordinating personnel actions, and disseminating information across the enterprise
Advanced Microsoft 365 proficiency
Must have knowledge and experience with Intelligence Community Directives (ICD) 203, 206, 300, 501, 704 and 707 related to their duties
Must be able to perform other duties, responsibilities, and activities as needed
Must be willing to undergo and successfully complete a counterintelligence-scope polygraph examination with No Deception Indicated (NDI) on a pre-appointment and periodic basis
Must pass pre-employment qualifications of Cherokee Federal
Must be a US Citizen
