Responsibilities

Ensure accurate system setup and user access management for existing partners

Maintain comprehensive records of client access via each partner; communicate updates regarding access rights, additions, or removals

Collaborate with the entitlements team to facilitate timely approval of access requests and address any issues promptly

Liaise with sales and account management teams to communicate product changes, migrations, and format updates (e.g., EPS estimates, technical research, reports)

Coordinate with internal teams to establish product delivery mechanisms and explore additional collaboration opportunities, such as integration with Snowflake

Support existing vendor relationships through query resolution, renewal negotiations, and identification of upsell or cross-sell opportunities

Assist with contractual renewals and compliance monitoring. Maintain detailed records of client information and interactions

Assist with onboarding processes for new partners, ensuring smooth integration and adherence to contractual obligations

Maintain secure access credentials and host product demos to verify contractual compliance
