Responsibilities
Assist the Treasury Services team with support and training for all Treasury Services products and services including, but not limited to, ACH Origination, Remote Deposit Capture, Positive Pay, Commercial Online Banking, Bill Pay, Enhanced Account Analysis, and Sweep Accounts
Provide support to customers via phone and email while maintaining a collaborative relationship within OMB
Ensure compliance with bank policies and procedures, Federal Regulations, and NACHA Operating Rules and Guidelines
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field
A minimum of two years of bank experience; or
A combination of education, training and experience equivalent
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Strong mathematical, problem-solving and computer skills
Excellent attention to detail and organization skills
Ability to proactively cross-sell bank products & services
Ability to apply and enforce regulatory standards for ethical behavior, confidentiality and information security
Preferred
