Responsibilities
Optimize website content and structure to achieve first-page Google rankings for target keywords
Conduct comprehensive keyword research focusing on high-value terms
Create and optimize landing pages
Monitor and analyze website traffic, user engagement, bounce rates, and conversion metrics using Google Analytics
Develop and implement local SEO strategies to improve Google Business Profile visibility
Track and report on competitor analysis and adjust SEO strategies to maintain competitive advantage
Manage content creation including blog posts, press releases, and backlink building initiatives
Coordinate with existing SEO company while transitioning responsibilities in-house
Set up and optimize call tracking systems for SEO leads beyond current Google Ads tracking
Research and recommend new tools and platforms to enhance SEO performance and lead generation
Create detailed monthly reports showing keyword rankings, organic traffic growth, and lead conversion rates
Qualification
Required
You have experience optimizing website content and structure for first-page Google rankings
You're skilled in keyword research for high-value and location-based search terms
You have experience creating and optimizing SEO-focused landing pages across territories
You're comfortable analyzing traffic and performance using Google Analytics and Search Console
You have experience implementing local SEO strategies and improving Google Business Profile visibility
You're adept at managing content, backlinks, and competitor tracking
You're organized, communicative, and quick to adapt when priorities shift
You are willing to work in a US time zone schedule
You can secure the required technical setup, including:
At least a 720p HD webcam

A primary internet connection of at least 25 Mbps
A backup laptop, backup internet device, and backup power source
A main computer with at least Intel Core i5 (or equivalent) and 8 GB RAM
