Account Executive (Consumer Sales)

Responsibilities

Ideation & Strategy: Collaborate with the sales and creative strategy/branded and social teams to brainstorm concepts and create compelling proposals for existing and new advertising clients
Proposal Development: Build detailed media plans and proposals using Microsoft Excel, outlining campaign strategy, pricing, and expected deliverables (CPMs, CPVs, etc.)
Presentation Building: Create compelling, visually engaging sales presentations and RFP (request for proposal) pitch decks in PowerPoint that clearly communicate our value proposition and campaign ideas
Research & Insights: Work with our Business Intelligence team to conduct market and audience research using internal and third-party tools (e.g., Comscore, Google Analytics) to provide data-driven insights that support our proposals
Sales Support: Provide comprehensive administrative and strategic support to the Sales Manager to streamline the sales process and help achieve revenue targets. This includes but is not limited to - cold outreach, managing pipeline, updating Salesforce, using SellerCrowd/ Winmo/ Linkedin
Account Management: Manage a dedicated list of small-to-mid-size accounts, acting as the primary point of contact and fostering strong client and agency relationships to encourage repeat business
Stay Informed: Keep your finger on the pulse of the latest trends in digital advertising, gaming, entertainment, and our evolving suite of ad products and platforms

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field
Demonstrated experience in a support role within a sales or media agency environment
Exceptional proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel is a must
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Detail oriented and can juggle multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously

Preferred

Experience with a CRM (e.g., Salesforce)
Familiarity with ad-serving platforms or industry research tools
A portfolio of sample presentations or proposals you've built
