Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for franchise owners and operators
Ensure franchisees comply with company policies, real estate regulations, and brand standards
Provide training, resources, and ongoing support to franchisees and their teams
Evaluate franchise performance, analyze KPIs, and implement strategies for growth and profitability
Guide franchisees through the onboarding process, including licensing, training, and office setup
Coordinate marketing efforts and promotional initiatives across franchise locations
Conduct regular site visits to monitor operations, brand presentation, and client experience
Resolve operational issues, mediate conflicts, and support franchisees in problem-solving
Collaborate with internal departments (marketing, legal, finance, operations) to support franchise success
Identify new market opportunities and assist in franchise development and recruitment

Required

Years of experience in franchise management, preferably in the real estate industry
Strong understanding of real estate operations, practices, and compliance requirements
Proven ability to manage multiple franchise relationships and drive performance
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and real estate software platforms
Ability to travel regularly to support franchise locations

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field preferred
