Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for key agency and brand clients, ensuring their success and long-term retention through proactive relationship management
Drive upsells, cross-sells, and renewals by identifying opportunities to expand clients’ investment in our solutions, aligning our offerings with their business goals
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and performance tracking, providing clients with strategic recommendations based on data insights
Act as a trusted advisor, guiding clients on best practices, industry trends, and campaign optimizations to maximize their return on investment
Partner with Sales to develop customized pre-sale strategies, ensuring campaigns are set up for success from the start
Work closely with internal teams—including Product, Ad Operations, Creative Strategy, Research & Insights and Sales Leadership—to advocate for client needs and drive innovation in our offerings
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, sharing best practices and contributing to the overall growth of the account management team

Required

3-6 years of experience in account management, customer success, or digital advertising, preferably within the adtech, programmatic, or media industry
Strong working knowledge of Excel and Salesforce
Proven ability to own and grow enterprise-level client relationships, drive revenue, and create long-term strategic partnerships
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience interpreting complex data to drive campaign optimizations and business decisions
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence both internal stakeholders and external clients
A proactive, strategic mindset and a passion for delivering results in a fast-paced, ever-evolving industry

Preferred

Knowledge of ad operations workflows and tools (e.g., DCM, Sizmek, Double Verify, IAS, etc) is a plus but not required
