Responsibilities

Coordinate and maintain daily schedules for Home Health Aides (HHAs), nurses, and clients
Manage incoming requests, schedule changes, and urgent staffing needs
Communicate with caregivers, clients, and families to confirm appointments and resolve conflicts
Update electronic scheduling systems accurately and in real time
Collaborate with the clinical and administrative teams to ensure continuity of care and compliance with CHHA regulations

Required

Previous scheduling or healthcare office experience (home care or CHHA preferred)
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
Proficiency with scheduling software and Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
