Responsibilities
Work on a wide range of real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, debt financing, joint ventures, development projects, and leasing
Assist in drafting and negotiating complex agreements related to real estate matters
Collaborate with partners and team members to support a national real estate practice
Navigate complex subject matter quickly and effectively to provide strategic legal advice
Contribute to the growth of the practice through client service and business development initiatives
Qualification
Required
3-6 years of broad and sophisticated real estate experience in a law firm setting
Strong background in acquisitions, dispositions, financing, joint ventures, development, and leasing
Excellent academic credentials and strong analytical skills
Superb writing, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
Ambition and drive to develop professionally and contribute to a growing practice
Must be licensed to practice in the jurisdiction where you apply
Preferred
Experience with borrower-side finance is a plus
