Build and manage a statewide pipeline of large employers
Prospect, pitch, and close enterprise agreements with C-suite and senior executives
Lead high-stakes conversations focused on ROI, workforce strategy, and competitive advantage
Drive new revenue and partnership growth targets

Qualification

B2B salesEnterprise business developmentQuota-carrying sales performanceInfluencing senior decision-makersSelling workforce solutions

Required

7–10 years of B2B sales or enterprise business development experience
Proven record of quota-carrying sales performance with enterprise accounts
Experience selling workforce, training, or professional services solutions a plus
Executive presence with the ability to influence senior decision-makers
Must be based where our programs are most active—Northern California (Sacramento or Bay Area) or Southern California (San Bernardino, Riverside, or Los Angeles)—with existing contacts in those regions
Statewide travel required
