Responsibilities

Drive and manage the growth of our Enterprise sales team
Achieving the booking targets across the US
Lead a team of 4 to 8 Enterprise Account Executives
Work with other members of the sales leadership team to ensure the overall quota is met
Define territories, assign quotas, and determine target accounts for an inside sales team
Manage and coach team members and assist their sales cycles
Work with resellers & channel partner teams

Required

A successful track record in software sales as a sales team leader
Experience defining territories, assigning quotas, and determining target accounts for an inside sales team
Experience managing and coaching team members and assisting their sales cycles
Experience working with resellers & channel partner teams
10+ years direct sales experience and 5+ years in enterprise software sales as a sales team leader
Bachelor's degree in related field/degree
At least 2 years experience selling focused on the U.S. Public Sector space
Working knowledge of business process automation with a history of qualifying client solution areas and orchestrating multi departmental solution sales
Excellent written / verbal communication and presentation skills
Experience defining territories, assigning quotas, and determining target accounts
Mentors and coaches team members and assists their sales cycles
