This role is responsible for the administrative functions of the HR department and assists the Director in ensuring effectiveness and efficiency across daily operations.

Responsibilities
Assist in the maintenance of accurate and complete personnel records
Ensure confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA and all state and federal regulations
Responsible for background checks for select business units as required by governing agencies of the programs and RiseWell
Execute on maintenance and reporting for HRIS, ADP, Learning Management Systems, and outside vendors
Act as a liaison between third part vendors and management
Coordination all necessary information and scheduling for onboarding and employee orientations
Assist with running employee orientations
Post job openings on internal and external platforms while tracking and monitoring progress of postings
Enter and maintain accurate employee data in HR system and Excel
Respond to department inquiries
Schedule and organize HR meetings and events
Maintain and organize virtual personnel files in accordance with company policies and legal requirements
Assist with filing, copying, and distributing HR documents as needed
Qualification
Required
BA Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
Minimum of 3 years of experience in an HR support role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS (ADP)
Excellent organizational skills and multitasking abilities
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
