Responsibilities
Lead and support a team of agents as they assist customers via phone, chat, and email
Guide agents in troubleshooting and determining the best outcomes for customers
Promote a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and collaboration
Report, document, and escalate bugs, issues, and concerns to management in a timely manner
Handle inbound and outbound customer service calls, including disputes and escalated concerns
Qualification
Required
Strong ability to guide and support a team in real time across phone, chat, and email channels
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse customers
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and remain steady in high-pressure situations
A proactive mindset with a passion for identifying solutions and driving improvements
Preferred
2+ years of customer service experience
Experience with inbound/outbound calls
Experience responding to and sending customer emails
Chat support experience
Proficiency with Excel and Word
