Responsibilities

Oversee HR Functions: Manage staffing, training, scheduling, and employee relations for regional stores
Customer Service and Diversity: Ensure that stores meet customer service requirements and diversity standards
Talent Acquisition: Support initiatives in recruiting, sourcing, interviewing, and training high-caliber store personnel
Professional Relationships: Build and maintain relationships with trade schools, military job placement centers, and employment agencies
Risk & Safety Management: Monitor and assist in managing risk and safety activities
Compliance: Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations at federal, state, and local levels
Advisory Role: Advise the Regional Manager on HR-related matters and help develop annual business plans
Investigations: Investigate complaints and concerns in a timely manner

Required

1-2 years of experience in multi-unit/field HR management, preferably in the retail industry, managing HR functions for a company with 200+ employees
Strong selling, coaching, training, customer service, and communication skills
Ability to assess and develop talent
Excellent time management, prioritization, delegation, and organizational skills
Ability to motivate and lead functional teams to deliver results

Preferred

Bachelor's Degree (BA, BS)
Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and/or SHRM Certification is a plus
