Customer communication: Connect with customers on the phone, in-store, or electronically to understand and resolve their water treatment needs
Coordinate In-Home Water Tests: Answer basic water treatment questions & schedule in-home water testing appointments
Schedule Service Appointments: Schedule service technicians to repair water systems and provide routine maintenance
Help Customers with Water Treatment Supplies: Assist customers by selling them the treatment supplies they need for their systems
Collaborate with team: Work closely with other customer service representatives, sales team members, and technicians
