Customer Engagement Director, Data Centers
Equipment & Controls, Inc. is seeking an experienced and strategic Customer Engagement Director to join their team during a dynamic growth period. The role focuses on developing relationships with strategic accounts in the data center sector, ensuring successful project outcomes, and driving adherence to customer standards.

Responsibilities
Develop and execute the business strategy to achieve growth targets, increase market share, and enhance competitive positioning
Adhere to our Mission to deliver successful customer outcomes, with a strong focus on ensuring world-class customer experiences in all of our business activities
Focus on customer trends and project activity to build a long-term growth plan with strategic accounts to help inform necessary operations investments
Stay engaged with core operations and project teams to ensure seamless collaboration to both prepare for and deliver on all customer projects
Collaborate across network of partners to ensure brand standards are maintained and to help elevate our collective presence across areas we serve
Identify and validate key innovations to our processes, portfolio offering, and adjacencies that may be of value to our customers and to further differentiate ourselves
Establish KPIs to measure success at each account under your responsibility allowing for early indication where additional attention may be required
Develop premier and trusted relationships with major stakeholders within the data center and life science space
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent industry experience
7+ years of combined sales, account management, and BMS/BAS project experience
Proven ability to lead in a competitive and engineered solution sales environment
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to think strategically and execute tactically in a fast-paced environment
Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision making
Role is based in Lawrence, PA (near Pittsburgh) with relocation available if required
