Electrical Project Engineer
Flock Safety is the leading safety technology platform focused on crime prevention and security. They are seeking an Electrical Project Engineer to manage and optimize the lifecycle of electrical projects nationwide, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery while improving operational efficiency.

Responsibilities
Own and optimize the end-to-end lifecycle of electrical projects nationwide
Implement cross-functional initiatives that directly improve operational efficiency and reduce costs
Work with Field Operations, Engineering, and Finance teams to ensure electrical projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standards of quality
Immerse in Flock's electrical operations and meet with key leaders to understand current project workflows
Analyze historical project data to establish a baseline for cost and efficiency, identifying top opportunities for immediate improvement
Design and begin implementing process improvement initiatives based on findings
Manage a portfolio of active projects, applying new processes and demonstrating their value
Roll out several key initiatives showing measurable improvements in cost and efficiency
Build a comprehensive dashboard for tracking project KPIs and present a strategic roadmap to leadership
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related engineering field required; advanced degree is a plus
Proven experience in project management, specifically within the electrical design, construction or other related technical field
Knowledge of electrical codes, standards, and vendor management
Strong analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to identify process inefficiencies and implement successful, data-driven improvements
Experience managing project budgets, timelines, and resources, with a track record of delivering cost savings
A deep understanding of project management methodologies and software (e.g., Jira, Asana, Smartsheet, Procore, etc.)
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across technical and non-technical teams
A bias for action and a relentless drive to build scalable, repeatable processes from the ground up
