Responsibilities

Delivering clear, reliable analytics to support business development and sales strategies
Driving CRM data integrity and ensuring accurate reporting for leadership visibility
Coordinating proposals and KPI tracking to enable timely and informed decisions
Serve as CRM administrator/superuser, maintaining structure and data accuracy
Track, analyze, and report on key sales KPIs and business development metrics
Coordinate proposal development and monitor prospect pipelines
Collaborate with Finance, Operations, and Project Controls to support forecasting and revenue tracking
Lead Bid/No-Bid meetings and structured opportunity evaluations
Support broader business development campaigns and strategic projects

Required

Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Engineering, or related field
3+ years of experience in business development, sales analytics, or similar roles
Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret and present data insights
Hands-on CRM experience (Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and familiarity with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau)
Excellent communication and collaboration skills; ability to work cross-functionally

Preferred

Experience in EPC, oil & gas, or industrial sectors preferred
Familiarity with RFP/RFQ processes and proposal coordination
