Responsibilities

Delivering clear, reliable analytics to support business development and sales strategies

Driving CRM data integrity and ensuring accurate reporting for leadership visibility

Coordinating proposals and KPI tracking to enable timely and informed decisions

Serve as CRM administrator/superuser, maintaining structure and data accuracy

Track, analyze, and report on key sales KPIs and business development metrics

Coordinate proposal development and monitor prospect pipelines

Collaborate with Finance, Operations, and Project Controls to support forecasting and revenue tracking

Lead Bid/No-Bid meetings and structured opportunity evaluations

Support broader business development campaigns and strategic projects
