Responsibilities

Develop and execute innovative PR strategies across lifestyle, consumer, and personal brands

Write compelling and thoughtful story angles, and proactively pitch top-tier media and content creators to secure placements in print, digital, broadcast, podcasts, and influencer channels

Manage campaigns from press material development and product launches to media events, creative mailers, and influencer collaborations

Support and amplify media interviews, creative initiatives, and events

Build and manage new partnerships and collaborations with like-minded brands and influencers

Oversee budgets, timelines, and reporting while anticipating client needs

Mentor junior team members and contribute to a collaborative agency culture

Required

4–6 years of PR experience in agency or in-house roles, ideally in lifestyle, wellness, beauty, consumer brands, or personal PR, and thought leadership

Strong media expertise, relationships, and confidence in pitching creative stories; familiar with evolving platforms and mediums (eg, affiliate marketing, Substack)

Proactive, positive, organized, and works efficiently to manage multiple timely projects simultaneously

Social media savvy and comfortable integrating PR with digital strategies

Charismatic, high-energy team player with a passion for health, wellness, and active living

Curious about trends across wellness, beauty, entrepreneurship, and lifestyle to drive influencer partnership and event sponsorship opportunities
