Prepare and submit certified payroll reports in compliance with DIR and prevailing wage laws
Utilize LCP Tracker or similar systems to upload and verify payroll data
Review timecards, wage classifications, and fringe benefits for accuracy
Maintain detailed records of payroll submissions and compliance documentation
Communicate with project managers and subcontractors regarding payroll issues
Stay current on labor compliance regulations and prevailing wage updates
Qualification
Required
2+ years of experience in certified payroll processing for public works projects
Proficiency with LCP Tracker and related compliance platforms
Strong understanding of California prevailing wage laws and DIR requirements
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to meet strict deadlines and manage multiple projects
Preferred
Experience with construction or government contracts
Familiarity with accounting software Viewpoint is a plus
