Responsibilities
Keep the shop clean, organized, and well-maintained
Assist installers with preparing tools, materials, and equipment for jobs
Perform general shop tasks, including stocking supplies, minor repairs, and maintaining a safe work environment
Help load and unload materials and assist with deliveries as needed
Provide support on job sites when necessary
Qualification
Required
Strong work ethic and a positive attitude
Willingness to learn and take on new tasks
Ability to lift and carry heavy materials (up to 50 lbs)
Reliable transportation to and from the shop
Preferred
Basic knowledge of tools and shop safety is a plus but not required
