Responsibilities

Partner with OpCo marketing teams to assess digital marketing needs and opportunities for optimization

Provide strategic guidance and best practices across digital channels, including websites, email, SEO, paid media, analytics, and social media

Support adoption and utilization of enterprise marketing technology platforms (CMS, Marketing Automation, Social Media, SMS, DAM, Campaign Development)

Deliver enablement sessions and training to build digital marketing capabilities across OpCos

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, Analytics, Brand, and Global Marketing) to ensure consistent execution and governance

Provide insights and recommendations to improve campaign performance, user experience, and operational efficiency

Assist with execution support as needed, including campaign setup, content deployment, or reporting

Maintain a strong understanding of digital marketing trends, tools, and analytics to inform ongoing optimization
