Lead the execution of business plans by identifying operational needs, setting priorities, and removing obstacles to enhance performance
Oversee financial statement analysis, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and compliance with accounting standards including GAAP and IFRS
Develop and implement internal controls, risk mitigation strategies, and process improvements for month-end closing and account reconciliations

Supervise and mentor associates, fostering a high-performing team environment with clear performance expectations
Monitor adherence to policies, evaluate financial risks, and recommend solutions to support organizational goals

Required

Skilled in process improvement methodologies and automation to enhance operational efficiency

Proficient in stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration to drive strategic initiatives
