4+ years expThird and Grove is a fully remote full-service digital agency seeking a passionate Lead CMS Developer to support their web development efforts. In this role, you will lead the development of front and back ends for B2C and B2B websites, managing project development teams and ensuring productivity while delivering outstanding digital experiences.

Responsibilities
Serve as the primary escalation point for project development teams
Conduct code reviews
Manage code releases and release cycles
Contribute to feature development and bug crushing as a project requires
Ensure your development teams remain unblocked and productive
Work with project managers to translate client requests into requirements and development tickets
Prepare tickets for the development team
Estimate the level of effort required to complete development tickets
Qualification
Required
4-6 years' overall engineering experience, including 2-3+ years leading projects and developers
5+ years of experience in a development role at a digital agency
3+ years of experience in CMS Development including Drupal, WordPress, Contentful, including a deep understanding of the platforms
Headless CMS experience
Experience with JavaScript frameworks and libraries like React and Next.js
In-depth knowledge of modern CMS architectural standards
2-3+ years' experience with Agile methodology and working closely with project managers to plan sprints, flesh out tickets and organize releases
2-3+ years' experience working with clients to turn business requirements into technical specifications
2-3+ years' experience laying out technical documentation both for the internal developer team and client handoff
2-3+ years' experience with code reviews and continuous integration
Strong command of Git processes and have experience with Git Flow
Smart and like to get sh*t done
